Information on this website, and anything we tell you through the form, chat, text or phone before a contract is signed, is general information and not a binding offer. Prices, scope and schedule are set only in a written estimate or proposal after we have seen the job.

Any work we perform is governed by the written contract you sign with us, which follows California home improvement contract requirements, including any right to cancel that applies to you. Our warranty terms are the ones written in that contract. If anything on this website differs from your signed contract, the contract controls.

• Chat messages may be answered by our team or by automated tools that collect your details and pass them to our team. Automated replies are general information, not a quote or professional advice.

• Do not use the form or chat to send spam, unlawful content or anything meant to harm the website.
